It began one night with Lindsay in the kitchen and her first attempt to make a birthday cake for a friend. She ran over to a cake supply shop, asked a million questions and… voila! A pretty good lookin’ fondant birthday cake! What ended up being a one-time “trial run” ended up being a secret calling for Lindsay. And so… Babybird Bakery was hatched.
With that first cake, came many more requests from family, friends and referrals. Lindsay filled her time with lessons, ideas and all sorts of special requests. Now Babybird is a full fledged bakery and busier than ever! Lindsay strives to provide each client with a unique, one of a kind creation, that tastes as good as it looks. She is constantly working on finding new ingredients, flavors and techniques. There is no stopping Babybird or it’s creativity and quality.
